If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mcwbgd support immediately and change your password without delay.
Your mcwbgd account balance represents real funds held on your behalf and is denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The account balance is not a bank deposit and does not accrue interest. mcwbgd is not a financial institution. Funds held in your account are used solely for the purpose of placing bets and playing games on the mcwbgd platform, and for receiving winnings and withdrawals in accordance with these Terms.
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 consecutive months. mcwbgd reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳200 to inactive accounts, deducted from the account balance, provided that the balance is greater than zero. You will be notified by email or SMS before any inactivity fee is applied. To reactivate your account, simply log in and contact customer support.
All accounts on mcwbgd are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are expressed in Taka. No foreign currency conversion is required for players depositing via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or supported Bangladeshi bank partners.

In such cases, mcwbgd may freeze the account pending investigation.
mcwbgd does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, payment service providers (including bKash, Nagad, and partner banks) may apply their own fees in accordance with their respective terms of service. mcwbgd is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.
All bets placed on mcwbgd are final once confirmed by the platform. It is your responsibility to verify the details of every bet — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirmation. mcwbgd will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where the platform exercises its discretion under these Terms or as required by applicable rules.

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned without a result; an obvious error in the published odds (palpable error); the selection being withdrawn prior to the event starting; or where mcwbgd determines that the integrity of the event has been compromised. Void bets are returned to the player's account balance as the original stake amount.
mcwbgd offers live in-play betting on supported cricket, football, and other sports markets. In-play odds are subject to rapid change. Bets will be accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. mcwbgd reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during delays, interruptions, or where the outcome of a key event (such as a wicket in cricket) is known before the bet is processed.

mcwbgd reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not disadvantage players who have already opted in and are actively fulfilling wagering requirements under the original terms.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mcwbgd platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

Once an account is closed, pending bets and active bonus balances will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed with support.
